Customer Support

Our support team is available for you. All customers with valid support contracts have full access to the support helpdesk. We offer the following support: E-Mail support, Telephone support, Remote access support (on agreement)  and Onsite support (cost extra) .


Attention: Before contacting the support team, make sure you have the latest version of AJITS® and have updated your operating system.


Customers TeamViewer Support

By your consent, we can view what is on your screen with the TeamViewer software and help you solve your computer problems online.  First you need to download and run the TeamViewer software. Follow the instructions to the right of this screen. 

 

TeamViewer INSTRUCTIONS

  • Download the TeamViewer software.
  • When finished downloading, click on Run.
  • A window displays "Your ID" and "Password".
  • Contact us by phone and give us the ID and Password.
  • This will enable us to view what is on your screen, while you can see what we are doing.
  • Please note that you do this by your own consent.
